Kidney Cyst - Shrunk 50%

Hello all,

I am sure many of you have read in my previous posts that I had a 5" round cyst on my left kidney. I have been living with it for many years. Even though it does not bother me I wanted get rid of it. I have done numerous fasts, which dissolved the cyst and after I re-feed It returned to its normal size.

This time after 10 days of fast, I started having some pain in the area where the cyst can be felt. It was swollen and hot. I did not worry too much about it, till the few last days of my fast, it was hard and big. After two days of juices during re-feeding period, it started to shrink. It has gone down 50% in its size, I hardly even feel it.

I am hoping to do another 10 day fast and see what happens.

This tells me fasting is great! Re-feeding, even more important.
