Just one simple question please. Can I eat the intro foods in the SCD, even though a food panel test shows a sensitivity?

I have a simple question that I can't find an answer to (after searching for a very long time on SCD websites). I ordered my SCD book and want to start the Intro Diet, my IgG Food Panel reads highly sensitive to eggs and dairy but they are the few foods listed in the intro diet...can I eat them anyway? I don't notice that they bother me directly. I know there's a theory that the tests don't truly represent a food allergy or sensitivity, but my condition (candida, SIBO and ALL things that come with them)is creating these test results.
In other words, if I start the intro diet and include the foods that I'm "supposed to avoid" according to my iGg blood test, will that defeat the purpose of healing all of my issues?? I really appreciate any time you can take as I am ready to get started and sure would love to have some eggs!
