strict diet failed treatment!

Same here.

No gluten, no dairy, no processed food for close to SEVEN months.

Have recently excluded grains and rice as well.

NOw all that i eat is buckwheat pancakes for meals with vegetables .. all cooked in VCO or ghee. And then eggs once in a while and fruits only when im doing liver flush.

Sometimes i cook quinoa with vegetables or eat some brown rice. Breakfast - Usually oat bran with almonds.

And this garlic pickle (crushed garlic+onions+sea salt+apple cider vinegar) with dinner.

I have ordered for probiotics, that 11-strain one.. let's see if this diet for a few more months with few more Liver Flushes along wth probiotics may help!!
