I personally wouldn't do the fast because my body is already too stressed from the candida overgrowth. I wouldn't want to put even more burden on it. So if you're already feeling weak and tired, you should leave out the fasting.

As for the antifungals and probiotics, are you taking them via enemas as well? A couple people on this forum tried the nystatin enema and had success with it.

Don't do an oregano Oil Enema though, it'll burn like hell.

I think you should take the nystatin orally + enema, then wait and take probiotics (orally and as an enema).
