Coil and zapper

What happens if you connect a zapper to a large coil from a Doug Coil rife machine? I dont mean using both the rife machine and the zapper on the coil at the same time - I mean taking the coil separately from the rife machine and using it with the zapper exclusively instead.

Would this damage zappers?? Or would it turn it into a magnetic pulser?
