You were all right

Doc gave me an Rx for Armour, 1/4 grain. Took my first dose this morning and I'm having heart palpitations, nausea, dizziness, and headaches. I don't know if it's pushing my thyroid too hard or it's a reaction to the fillers or both. My temp is also lower-96.7. It was averaging 98 last week before I started trying thyroid meds.

I tend to learn things the hard way. I will give Iodine a chance to do its thing and be patient.

It makes me sad that people with thyroid disorders feel they have to resort to these meds. I know they work for some, but considering how awful I feel on such a low dose, that's hard to believe.

Any tips for something that might speed up elimination of the Armour? The heart palps are freaking me out.
