my doctor just tested for TSH... so I came back and told her I wanted to do a complete thyroid panel, t3, t4, etc.. which she was ok with..

when I went some weeks later to the appointment with her underlings, they only had down T3, T4, and TSH for testing... and I wanted those plus Vitamin D and to test for antibodies..

the girl says "Antibodies??? What antibodies?"

SO i said thyroid antibodies... SHe said she didnt know the test so she couldnt do it.. I told her it was called TPO... so she checked and came back and said she could do it, but asked who had ordered the test for me..

I said,"I ordered it."

that shut her up good..

Next time I go in ill be getting a complete vitamin/mineral panel.. and this is the same girl who told me they didnt do those awhile back..

I dont think ill be having anymore problems with her.
