Vegetarian diet helping candida

Im not expelling candida but definitively got BM after two days no meat no eggs diet. Im ussually constipated. But cant resist without proteins too much so usually i resume meat consumption.

Cant give you an answer to your question but ideas from my exp. Pancreatic insufficiency, other proteolitic bacteria in the colon or in the stomach (some of them can produce urease in the stomach then being undigwsted meat reach the colonic putrefactive bacteria). Other cause can be sulphur eating bacteria but you can check that by eating garlic onion eggs and see symtoms.
In SIBO community constipation is related to methane producing bacteria if no enzyme insufficiency is present. They are anyway linked in my exp.

I have all three of them and get constipated alot. What about rice or milk kefir are you able to eat them?
