Help

Hello I'm new to this forum and I need a little help. I'm currently waiting on some health insurance so I can't see a psychologists. My current symptoms are lack of sleep, inability to sleep or feel tired I need to take Benadryl in order to rest. Headaches everyday, I don't know what day it is half the time. Extremely tired, I can talk a thousand words per minute. My head seems to be heavy, floating or spinning heavy eyes lids. Help I need somewhere to start Tweet
