I have been suffering from candida for the past 4 years

I took a plain water enema yesterday using cold water(about 2 quarts) and was able to hold it for 10 minutes.When I sat on the toilet after that I flushed out only clean water.

Today I got constipated.

May I know what are the things I might be doing wrong.
