Update-everything went pretty good. Disappointed with just a small amount of sand sized stones. Major headache today and just lots of trips to the bathroom (just liquid and little else). Wonder what this means? I did do GCG, so maybe that's part of it?

When is best to do colonic? Today or tomorrow?
