Juice Fasting for Mold Illness

Me too on a juice fast for weight loss. I usually process fruits and veggies through my juicer(lifespring)this one my heavy duty and the other one a smaller juicer.

I love carrots, apple and kale, not necessarily in one juice but i always use these ingredients.

For mold problems though, one family member of ours had that and the best way to get rid of it is to eliminate the root cause, so stay away from all areas with molds, so what you did is right to move out of the place..dry area would help or better use a dehumidifier to combat those molds.
