The fog is lifting!

I have set my sights on 21 days....very excited to see how I do. But I have already felt some great benefits, clearer more logical thinking, more patience. That is actally what I am really hoping for. I admit, I've already stepped on the scale, I know I shouldn't obsess and the first few days is poop and water weight loss but it is so encouraging somehow, already down 3 pounds! The weirdest thing about this cleanse is the days are flying past. The other two, the days were "finally" over and this time, the days are "already" over, strange, every cleanse is different.

I am hopeful for your success though. A friend of mine just went through a whole long problem with multiple cysts in her "works" and ended with surgery. I tried to introduce this website to her but she totally trusted her doctors and had no interest in alternative methods. Too bad I think. Here is to your (and all of ours) success!
