ACV causing inflammation

I started taking ACV because of my horrible LPR and for my sinus infection. I actually started to feel better but I started having horrible throat pain and it always felt like their was fumes coming out of my stomach! I basically felt like a dragon (heat coming out of stomach into throat) and it would make my throat and vocal cords so tender :( the only way to get rid of that was by taking H2 blockers and Tums. But I seriously don't want to be on acid blockers and ppi's I really hate them they make me so messed up. I did dilute the braggs organic with the mother ACV and I was using about 1 tablespoon with 1 tablespoon of raw honey :( idk how to prevent the throat pain but it's also caused me upper stomach pain one time and some esophagus pain. Idk maybe I just really do have to much acid :( ugh any ideas?
