Re: Water Fasting?

I'm going into the military after leaving school due to this condition. No doctor has diagnosed me with anything so I'm clear to go so far. I tried a steroid cream last year when I initially got it but it didn't do anything for me.

I'm going to try the Water Fast for 72 hours next week for the 5th,6th, and 7th. The argument that can be made for it to work is that it gives the digestive system a break to repair. However the argument against that I've discovered so far is that it doesnt allow for the production of bile to get the fat out of the liver.

In between fasts I've been trying to eat bile producing foods and lemon water in the morning. There are other health benefits I'm seeing such as increase in mood and energy but not lips lol. Tweet
