Need HELP!!! Identifying mucous-y substance in stool

Hi everyone I was hoping you could help me out here

I got a stool sample + ultrasound a week ago and they just came back CLEAN?
i have been having bad stomach pain for about 2 months and the mucous discharge in my poo has been there for about 2-3weeks, just recently my stool has become bloody.
The pain is extremely worse at night to the point where I have to take 2 tylenol every night ot be able to sleep
