Adrenal insufficiency and Isotonic sports drinks.

Hi i'm new and looking for some advice..

I'm male 28 years old and have been getting treated for a protactinium and Adrenal Insufficiency for a few years and despite taking the Cabergoline and Hydrocortisone have never felt much better.

I am constantly in a losing battle with my weight and my hormones seem to be well out of whack...

I eat well, drink only water and excercise 5 days a week a mix of running and weight lifting and with all this still look like a big ogre.

I'm unable to get an erection most of the time and have thinning hair on scalp, patchy eyebrows and i have recently noticed missing patches in my beard ( if you can it a beard few bits of stubble )and my face blows up as does the rest of my body i look like a balloon.

I have tried everything but one thing has helped me by chance recently...

Isotonic Sports Drinks.... i just randomly started drinking them one night i had ran out of water for a workout.....

Well after my workout i felt great, got an erection which i never ever get after a workout infact after a workout is usually the worst time for me.... as i think my adrenals are usually exhausted or something.... so i stopped drinking water and just drinking these drinks.

I am not losing fat for the first time properly in years, my erections are back and my mood is much much better....

But these drinks are loaded with Sugar and salt and all sorts of other things like pottasium,glucose,fructose... i mean these aint healthy drinks.

Am i safe to be drinking 5-6 bottles of this stuff a day ? i feel great and look better but surely i'm in risk of Diabetes, heart attacks etc... and if so why does it feel right ?

Off topic should i be taking more HC when i workout like running weightlifting ? and if so will it lead to more weight gain and bloating problems..

Please don't tell me to ask my Endo as really i learn more researching on here tbh...
