Re: 2nd humaworm cleanse worth it?

My grandmother used to give us castor oil but we never knew why and I was too young to understand. I am definitely going to buy some tomorrow. I managed to get the little ones to eat a spoonful of coconut oil tonight, so I'm confident I can get a good dose in us all.
When you rub it on your skin, do you mix it with a carrier oil? It's so sticky. I sometimes make soap with it and its the hardest to mix.
