this is incorrect. take enough of any kind of Iodine and you will get the same effects. dr brownstein was staying below the wolff-chaikov threshhold in dosage. elemental speeds up the process of Iodine deficiency correction. and i am being kind. i think the difference is insignificant if the person is taking enough iodine.
