10 Reasons on How Supplements can be More Harmful than Good!


There seem to be good supplements and bad supplements. Chasing symptoms all over the place and getting nowhere. Basically THE CON in natural healing.

It's best to detox the body fully and put in a whole food supplement, because it seems our food doesn't supply enough of the natural vitamins and minerals and other things now that are needed to keep a body healthy. Too much for poisons and pesticides and not enough soil re-conditioning by the mass market producers.

The best supplement IMO are whole foods that have been grown by nature. spirulina/chlorella, the so-called "magic" mushrooms. Surthrival Colostrum, because nothing has been added and nothing taken away. It's a whole food. I've found that Vitality Herbs and Clay has a good natural supplement out thee. Dulse has Iodine and lots of minerals. Coral calcium is another natural mineral source made by nature.

I stay away from all the supplements out there for another reason. They may not be natural. They may be only mirror images of what is found in nature and made in a lab and turn out not to be natural at all. Or the label reflects what they say they have in them and it turns out to not be true. Why chelate a mineral when you can get it in it's ionic form?

Added ingredients that aren't healthy for the body.
