Is it possible to not get die off symptoms? I made my boys and 3 of their friends that they're always with take a dose of pyrantel so i could see if they've infected anyone with pinworms or if those kids were the source of infection.
None of them got sick and none of them had the white spots in their poop. So either they're lying or they were telling the truth about not having anything when the rest of us had them.
