One single photo is not enough to diagnose anything, but if this photo would be everything I got, my conclusion would be: you don't have exfoliative cheilitis, you have an allergic reaction to some food or drink.

Another possibility would be oral herpes.

If olive oil was the only thing you took, then you are allergic to olive oil.
If you have tken olive oil with lemon juice, then you could also be allergic to lemon.

in any case, don't take olive oil again.

To stop the allergic reaction, take some magnesium. Drink 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salt deluted in a glass of water.


Next time you try cleansing your liver use some other oil and some other juice, something you know you are not allergic to.
