You have to zap different areas of the body (not the head though) and switch where the positive side makes contact. You can use an elastic back-brace belt and that can hold the hand-helds on each side of the waist. Wrap the hand-held with a damp cloth so it conducts electricity better. Zappers are pretty good but I doubt they get every area of the body even if you zap all areas. They still work pretty good. The more hours you wear a zapper, the more pathogens it knocks out. Btw, wrist-straps are weak. Hand-helds or footplates will conduct more electricity deeper.
