Adult pin worms can get to be 1/2 inch in length and can be cream colored. When worms are small it is hard to tell them apart. The medication probably killed off something. The only good worm is a dead worm in my opinion. Also worms irritate your intestines and you produce mucous. so when you pass worms you often pass mucous.
