Enema help please!!

I did my first enema last Thursday and have done multiple since then. My first one I noticed candida (nystan enema) and then after I haven't noticed anything. I have Psoriasis and well its gotten worse overall. So far I've done nystan, coffee, water enemas (seperatley of course) and since my first have not noticed anything which could be candida ... What does this mean? My P patches have also gotten more red overall.
