Re: Caffine and your first Master Cleanse

I don't drink a LOT of caffeine but I do drink it. My first day of the fast I do get violent headaches. I take Nuprin when I can't stand it. It works for me and I don't figure a couple of Nuprin are gonna kill a 10-20 day detox/fast (and I know that it goes against the "no medicine" stuff). I'm kind of with Rowan -- it is easier for me to just stop cold turkey than ease off things... Plus it's hard enough for me to find a good time to do the fast without adding extra steps beforehand..
