Thanks both of you. I guess my concern is that the Iodine is causing the swollen lymph nodes.

For example when I started taking Lugols, it's like there was a pulse in my neck that started within about a day of starting. I thought it was my thyroid waking up, but now im wondering if it was the lymph node. Im pretty sure the swelling started after my first use of Iodine.

In which case, did the Iodine cause this problem in the first place? If so, should I stop Lugols altogether. I am taking about 100mgs daily.

Fortunately my friend is a radiologist, he offered to perform an ultrasound this wednesday to see what's going on. I'll definitely take him up on it.

On earthclinic, they suggest ACV, as well as painting with Lugols which I'll give it a shot.

i'll ramp up my salt dosing to twice daily. I really wasnt taking salt at all the past few months, I just didnt really understand the benefit. Drinking the salt seems to have improved my symptoms slightly (albeit minimally but noticeable).

Please anyone else have any advice? Trapper, Ginagirl??
