I've vastly reduced my Sugar intake; no soda, no sweets, no artificial sweeteners -- I use stevia. Need to further reduce processed foods and grains, plus increase fresh veggies and fruits.
With daily oil pulling, no soda, and very little Sugar I've gone from using up all of my dental insurance each year to visiting the dentist only for my semi-annual cleaning. I want to TRY to live with my numerous root-canaled teeth, but realize that I may eventually need them removed.
It took many years to make myself this sick, so I'm trying to not be too frustrated with how long the journey back to good health is taking.
