I am new to juice fasting... I am 23 and have just don't my first three days , well kind of. I was due to finish tomorrow, alas I headed for the bowl of meusli with porridge, milk and an apple tonight at about half 11.:/ I admit I wasn't emotionally prepared and knew already I had a deep seated emotional connection to food. Stomach is soooo bloated and just feel bizarre.
Totally sabotaged it... Will I have done any internal damage to my digestive system? Or slowed my metabolism?
Sitting here at half 12 in am in ireland, just looking for a bit of guidance:/ any help appreciated!!
