Dark Urine wont go away?

Hi guys

I really need some help here. I cant figure out whats wrong with me so I started doing urine therapy. No matter how much I drink my urine wont go clear. So im drinking my morning urine really really dark.

Is this okay?

my Urine (Micro)albumin, ACR (Microalbumin/Creatinine Ratio)

was 1.4 <2.0 mg/mmol. So im assuming kidneys are fine?

Ive been drinking my urine and it seems pretty good. My diet is really clean and its been like this for about a year now. Doctors have no explanation.

Also I am currently doing UT one glass in the morning. I should note my urine tastes just awful...
