Cleanse the Liver in 9 Days

I agree with you about the doctors, I have gotten no where with them. All they want to do it tests, I'm sick of it.
When I finished this 30 day cleanse, how long do I wait before starting it again? My blood work also showed I'm anemic and have B-12 deficiency. I'm taking iron and B 12 vitamins.
