Fordyce spots in general

I guess there are a lot of u out there with fordyce spots on ur lips aswell as EC. I've got them for a few months now and are struggeling.

Is there anything that can hide them? Some cure on the horizion? Making them not get bigger and more on the lips? They are just getting more and more. Don't really know how I will be able to have a normal conversation with someone if they spread.

Having ec and fordyce spots on top of that is really hard. Don't know what to do anymore to be honest. I will just shut myself out of the real world more than I am atm if they spread. Tweet
