Saliva cortisol test?

hey all, quick question I was wondering how long after taking adrenal cortex/supplements (after stopping usage)
is it ok to take the recommended saliva cortisol test and if it is ok to take the test while on a natural thyroid hormone (armour thyroid in this case)
and another question do endos even treat people based on cortisol levels or is the acth stim test the only way they will consider adrenal support?
