Re: Testing for liver health?

I usually get a liver test as part of my general health care visit. We learn to take care of ourselves like you try to do and learn while we go on.
The first thing I would suggest start with cleanses like liver, bowel and kidney. I put cirrhosis in the search box at the top of the page. Here you will find people talking about it and at the bottom it will say on which forum it was posted.

In general we stay away from drugs since
they usually have many side effects.
