New here. What type of Yucca Root Extract do you use/buy ?

Am new here and from the UK. Really glad I found this site and read some of the posts. The posts from HV in particular have been required reading and illuminating for sinus issues, and has clarified some issues I had.

What type of Yucca root extract do you use ?

Trying to buy some. Seen some liquid forms on ebay with and without alcohol?

Also seen some brown powder also ? could this be used in a saline mix.

Could someone give me a link showing what I need to get or what they would buy so I get an idea.

Going to try the probiotic thing shortly to re establish the flora (aka HV). Have used Antibiotics etc.

All that Kefir water stuff I have no idea about, what to buy and how to use it? The probiotic powder he recommended I could try. Acidiphilus sp? (you know the one! lol ). Will get a full spectrum probiotic for my stomach soon also.

Just using a Neilmed Sinus rinse kit at the moment. Been trying isotonic and hypertonic saline mixes.

Also got a nasal steroidal spray (beclomatasome or whatever it is)
but not using it at the moment.

The problem I find with steroids and asthma relievers (albuterol/salbutamol etc - adrenaline basically) is they set me off with panic attacks as does caffeine (but nowhere near as bad). I have mild asthma but I know its usually always caused by sinus related issues.
