Noodle looking worms

Anybody know what these noodle looking things are, are they stages of ropeworm or could they be something else? I've been really sick lately it just seems that every time I get loads out I feel better for a day but then it just all returns the next day. I have got tons of ropeworms out and a day before these noodle things came out I had lots of sacs of mucous as if it was protecting them. For some reason I can't seem to add the photos but they are in the Image Gallery . Tweet
