hemorrhoid or other possibly causes

Hello all, i have been drinking Wormwood with cloves, its 3th day now. I have a problem, I was always very constipated, except at this moment.
So today, then i was constipated, I strained and pooped some mucus,
after sever hours I pooped another mucus, with blood and had some pain and burning in anal.

By the 3 time I was no constipated anymore, but I pooped some more mucus with blood to and had the same symptoms. Do u think I need to see dc? I think i gonna wait for next bowel movements to see the results... Can it be hemorrhoid? I cant see anything near my anal, except a little redness off the buttom off it Tweet
