yeast infection cure protocol

I am looking for a yeast infection cure protocol. I remember reading about one that had sweet potatoes as part of it, when I visited rainbow co-op in jackson mississippi, but alas, I lost that paper some time ago. Some pointers or links would be appreciated.

I am currently applying coconut oil to it daily, since it's a great anti-bacterial. It hasn't cured it, but it keeps it from flaring up.


I am a man, and I got the yeast infection from a woman. I went to the dr to have it diagnosed. It seems to have spread to my testicles and maybe deeper??, as the testicular skin has that "sticky" feeling that my penis has.

I have a few other health problems such as adhd, depression, insomnia, general fatigue and low energy/stress, and I am trying to figure out which one to treat first, as some of the protocols might contradict, otherwise I would treat them all at the same time. Tweet
