Eliminate Loads of Mucus Gel with the Most Powerful Lugol’s Enema

Nature’s protective mechanism is to secrete mucus in the colon to protect against what you ate, drank, or smoked. But, it was designed for nature’s pure food and only occasional use. Today, most everything we eat (processed food, milk, milk products) causes mucus to be formed. The protective mechanism is forced to work continuously producing and abundance of mucus with little chance of it being eliminated. Layer piles upon layer, mucus thickens, becomes gel like, often hardens like rubber, and holds onto fecal matter.

A Lugol’s Iodine enema will rid you of this abundance of mucus buildup. It will bring about a more unobstructed, mucus/trash-free, clean colon for maximum nutrient absorption, elimination of toxemia and a restoration and healing of the intestinal walls.

Lugol’s Iodine is distinctive with an amazing property to attach to everything! In an enema, it will attach to loads of gel-like mucus stuck to the intestinal walls and break down remaining, embedded, decaying fecal matter. Prepare yourself to see loads of mucus, mucus gel and imbedded trash in the toilet. Balls of gel have often formed that are golf ball size. For some, the initial enemas may be slightly uncomfortable for a few minutes as you feel Lugol’s attaching to mucus and an urgent need for elimination. You can feel your bowels wanting to excrete the mucus buildup and you may go to the toilet 3 or 4 times within a few hours and see loads of mucus. When it all comes out, relief is extraordinary and exhilarating. Initially, do 3,4, or 5 enemas the first month to eliminate the mucus accumulation. Then, maintenance about once a month or as often as you feel is needed.

Use a Fleet enema bottle. Empty out contents, wash out with hot water. Wipe off lubricated tip thoroughly with a dry paper towel and wash with hot water. Do not use any detergent! Fill up bottle with room temp water poured through a coffee filter. Preferable to boil water in glass container and let cool. Add up to 1/2 teaspoon of Lugol’s. After a few enemas, it can be increased to one teaspoon. Avoid spilling, it stains.

To lubricate tip, use only olive oil, butter, vitamin E gel. Do not use any commercial chemical lubricants. Do the enema. Hold it in for 5 to 15 minutes or as long as you can. Initially, you may only be able to hold it in for a few minutes. It is preferable to lie down. Expect loads of mucus, gel, trash, undigested food and several movements within hours as mucus keeps coming out. If you’re mucus loaded up, repeat enema daily for 2, 3 or 4 days. Then, once a week for 4 weeks until mucus/trash free. Maintenance, one enema a month.
