Re: Anyone familiar with BioTE?

One other thing I forgot to mention, and sorry if this is a bit personal, but - I have waist-length hair, and you cannot wash waist length hair daily or it will fry. Therefore I normally shower every 2-3 days, and sponge bathe in between to maintain cleanliness without damaging my hair.

If the detox process is causing toxins to be flushed from my system via SSKI n pores as well as other methods, could part of the problem be that I am literally covered in toxins on my skin? If so that is easy enough to remedy; I can just put my hair up and shower twice a day if necessary.

I'm not thrilled about the idea as I don't believe human skin is meant to be deprived of its natural state on such a frequent basis (there's a definite middle ground between being nasty-unwashed, and damaging your skin with too-frequent applications of hot water and soap). And I certainly wouldn't have a head full of very long, healthy hair if I subjected it to that. But I can certainly make the adjustment if necessary to ride out the worst of the detox.
