I don't eat gluten openly yet, but I can eat a piece of cake or a pizza slide without any reaction. I am prudent with gluten since I know I still have some candida in my intestines. I will have to return to a diet soon. In fact, I was following it 3 weeks ago. I stopped because my abdominal pain increased at the end of two continue months doing antifungal enemas. I needed to rest it. It was very intense and aggressive what I was doing. I am planning another month but have not decide what will be my next antifungal combination. Nystatin will be one for sure. Raw garlic, Kolorex, Interfase Plus, Borax, and EDTA are in my mind. Let see.
