Re: How reliable are medical lab tests for candida ?

Thanks for the answer grizz. I take Lugols solution 2 times a day at 4 drops which equals around 60 mgs for the day but i swallow it fast as i cant stand the taste. I will try gargling with it to see what it will do to my tongue. Actually the past several days i see my tongue has become a bit more pinkish since i added borax to the Iodine i am already taking. But still i am so unsure whether i have candida or not . Now i got some nystatin and i will try it for several days to see whether i get some die off reaction.
