H.pylory and Adrenal fatigue

Hello doctor Bekker,

I am 39 years old woman.
I have advanced Adrenal fatigue for 7-8 years and depression & anxiety.
I take 2 antidepressants (Lexapro and Remeron, Remeron helps with the sleep). I have a very bad and old insomnia.

Some years ago I did a stool test that showed H pylori. I didn't take anything in that period because I was very confused and had to deal with a lot of problems.
My digestion now is very bad. I have no apatite, I'm never hungry (could be because of depression), I have eructations, after few bits I feel full, stomach pains.
I suppose I should treat H pylori. Do you recommend antibiotics therapy in case of advanced Adrenal fatigue (stay mostly in bed)?

Should I exclude some foods?

PS: I did an endoscopy some years ago which was normal.
