severe liver issues, y?

ok my liver pain has gotten pretty bad. i have so much blockage that there is portal pressure coming from the liver going to the esophagus, stomach, and small intestine. Now the question is, what is blocking it?

could roundworms be in there or maybe Schistosoma?

i took some iver/prazi and i didnt pass some "leach" looking organisms. i didnt know what they were.
