Candida iodine

Candida spit test, instantly this appeared. Looks like the decade plus of extreme soda consumption is biting me in the arse. Will more Iodine help this issue? If I remember right, trapper had success with Colloidal Silver . Maybe a combo of both?

While my alcohol cravings are gone with my current dose (300mg Lugols and 1g SSKI ) of iodine, soda cravings remain and energy could be better.
