If you were feeling better on the 'relaxed' diet, then you should go back to it.
Seriously. I've known you for over 11 years now, and am still sick myself, but am just learning how sometimes these "healthy" diets aren't exactly always the best things for us.
Think about it. Most of our friends eat all this crap, and they're not sick. It's easy to start believing 'this is bad, this is good', etc., etc., but sometimes just the simple foods (even if they have Sugar in them!) are often the things easiest to assimilate and digest so that we can rebuild our bodies.
Google 180DegreeHealth and Matt Stone. He's not a genius, but does make some very good points about the dangers of some of these overly strict diets. Sometimes even ND's are wrong.
