I've been studying juicing grass for a while and it is suggested to only take 1 ounce a day at first and work up to 2 ounces in 2-3 weeks. The second ounce taken at the end of the day and separately. Grass juicing is very potent and doesn't take much. It can cause and upset stomach and diarrhea at first with only 1 ounce if you are not accustomed to it.
