Oxygen will accelerate the rate of anything burning, so it is actually dangerous to have any flame at all near the output of an oxygen concentrator. You have detected that the oxygen concentrator is producing some oxygen, but the test you used won't tell you how much oxygen. The problem is that an oxygen concentrator producing 50% oxygen will have the effect you got from the match. But you need 90% or more for ewot or other oxygen uses. It would be best to find someone with an oxygen meter that can test it for you. Maybe there is a company in the city where you live that could drop by and test it for you? Just a thought.
