Hey, I followed GAPS DIET for a year, it allows some fruit and cheese, and used some kefir milk as well. It kinda of worked a little, but I lost a lot of weight, and there was so much pressure from family to come back to carbs, now I'm still eating clean, but added beans, more bananas and some craft beer that I love in the weekend. I need to come back to probiotics, water kefir, because good unpasteurised milk today is hard to find.
