Can someone identify this? Looks like egg sac?

I found at least 30 of these in my 4 year old boy with autism. He had taken an antibiotic once in his life , never had an ear infection, ect. Relatively healthy but has major GI issues.


The texture of these sacs was just like strong rubber, very odd. Any help is greatly appreciated!
